Concept.01
Digital transformation, for human warmth and peace of mind
We have made our booking, reception, and payment systems as smart as possible. This is not digitalization meant to reduce human contact, but rather to give our staff more time to devote to patient care, and to create more of those small, warm moments of connection between staff and patients.
-
Concept.02
The concept of "lifestyle-related skin disease"
In internal medicine, the term "lifestyle-related disease" is often used to describe conditions whose risk is raised by daily habits such as the content and amount of one's diet or the intensity and amount of exercise. Just as how we care for our internal organs affects their health, skin conditions too can arise from problems in skin care, which is really only natural when you think about it. Rather than simply prescribing medication for an illness, we make a point of understanding your current skin care and proposing ways to improve it.
-
Concept.03
Carefully monitoring your treatment progress
Surgery carries risks, and post-operative management is very important in reducing them. Please let us check the wound carefully to make sure all is well. With chronic skin conditions, care during the periods when things have improved can be important to keep the disease from returning. We ask to see you not only when symptoms are bad but also when they are good, so we can work together to prevent flare-ups. In aesthetic dermatology as well, because treatment response differs from patient to patient, we want to observe your progress after each procedure carefully so we can, for example, fine-tune laser output settings.
-
Concept.04
No one wants to fall ill,
yet a space you'll want to return toWe want a clinic visit to never feel scary, dull, or tiresome, for adults and children alike. We hope the day you come feels a little exciting, that you feel at ease the moment you arrive, and that you leave with a smile. We have put great care into the interior and the space so that your visit is a positive experience. Our staff, too, prepare themselves to welcome you with a genuine wish to help your skin and your heart stay healthy.

〈 Tamachi Ekimae Dermatology
Clinica Riviera Shibaura 〉
The Origin of the Clinic's Name
Along the Mediterranean coast of Europe, there are regions where the outer walls of the houses are painted in wonderfully vivid colors.
We heard the story that fishermen painted their homes in bright, distinct colors so they could spot them from afar when returning from the sea, and we thought it was lovely.
With that image in our hearts, we chose the word "riviera" (coast), wishing that this small clinic in our port town could become a home for those who visit and a place that brightens the heart. The interior is designed around this concept as well.

■ Medical Office Staff Recruitment
We are recruiting medical office staff to join us in summer to autumn 2026. Preference will be given to applicants comfortable with everyday English conversation.
No prior medical-office experience is required. We also welcome those new to dermatology or moving from another industry. If you have experience in people-facing work such as hotels, airlines, department stores, cosmetics sales, secretarial, or reception roles, you can put that experience to good use here.
Because many of our patients come from overseas, this is an environment where those skilled in English or who enjoy customer service can truly thrive.
If you would like to apply, please review our recruitment page on "Tokyo Doctors" below and send your résumé to tamachi.clinica.riviera.shibaura@outlook.jp.
Applicants who apply directly through our website are eligible for a welcome bonus under our clinic's policy. Details will be provided at the interview.
