1. About the Clinic
Clinica Riviera Shibaura is a dermatology clinic offering general, pediatric, and aesthetic dermatology with English support. Inspired by the colorful Italian Riviera, our clinic provides a warm and comfortable environment. We are located a 4-minute walk from Tamachi Station and a 7-minute walk from Mita Station.
We welcome children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. Our clinic features a kids’ area with an aquarium, and toys are always available to help children feel comfortable during their visit.
About the Director
Dr. Megumi Hirabayashi, M.D., Ph.D., graduated from The University of Tokyo and completed specialist training in dermatology. She has extensive experience in connective tissue diseases and dermatologic surgery, and previously served as a Lecturer at Teikyo University Mizonokuchi Hospital, where she was also involved in medical education.
She is fluent in English and believes that carefully understanding and improving each patient’s skincare routine is essential for achieving better treatment outcomes. Dr. Hirabayashi has particular expertise in pediatric dermatology and is attentive to the challenges parents face in daily skincare for their children.

For consultations conducted entirely in English, a language support fee of 1,100 yen will be charged.

Appointments can be made via DigiSmart (mobile app or web version). The medical questionnaire is available in English, although some items may appear only in Japanese.
The DigiSmart app can be downloaded from the Japanese Apple App Store or Google Play.
Walk-in visits are welcome if you are unsure how to make a reservation. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before the end of consultation hours. Availability may be limited depending on the day.
